Ingredients

  • 1 cup lengthy-grain white rice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced

  • kosher salt and dark pepper

  • 4 heads minute one bok choy, quartered

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon grated unusual ginger

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions
