Successfully, this week we’re turning to beer…namely Negra Modelo beer. You don’t need mighty and may maybe well even fully substitute with beef broth.
BUT…lawful love the French Onion Soup, the beer brings up the flavors and makes for a ridiculously righteous soup. No longer to show, a dapper budget-safe soup too!

A hearty and flavorful soup!

Servings – 6 servings
Factors
- 1 white onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped into half lunge objects
- 3 cups beef stock
- 1 cup of Negra Modelo (You may maybe well maybe maybe also substitute any other cup of beef stock, must you declare.)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp dusky pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 15 oz dusky beans, drained and rinsed (or 2 cups handmade cooked dusky beans, drained)
Directions

In a medium pot, over medium warmth, add diced onions, minced garlic, and diced bell peppers. Saute 2 – 3 minutes unless the onions become slightly of translucent.

Add ground beef and bacon. Brown successfully. Assemble no longer drain.

Add beef stock, Negra Modelo, and all salt and spices.

Raise to a low simmer and proceed to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add beans and produce merit as a lot as simmer for 2-3 minutes unless every little thing is hot.
