Scheme:
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
- 1 tablespoon complete shaded peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- Assorted greens for pickling, equivalent to 1/2 pound blanched sugar snap peas, 12 diminutive radishes, 12 peeled minute one turnips, 10 peeled minute one carrots, 2 cups cauliflower florets or 1 1/2 cups cucumber slices (1/2 proceed thick)
