Instructions
- In a bowl, trip 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Season with sea salt and unlit pepper. Add 3 thinly sliced peaches, 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno, and a pair of cups cooked shredded chicken. Toss smartly. Divide amongst 8 leaves of butter lettuce and garnish with novel cilantro.
