  • 1 tablespoon

    chopped new mint or cilantro, or both
  • zest of 1 lime


  • 1 – 2 tablespoons

    lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon

    vegetable oil

  • 1 – 2 tablespoons

    honey
  • salt and pepper to model

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix the cucumber, mango, onion, garlic, jalapeno, mint, and lime zest. Toss lightly.
  2. In a measuring cup, hasten the lime juice, oil and honey. Pour over the veggies and blend gently.
  3. Add salt and pepper to model. Aid without delay, for optimal crunch!
