Ingredients:
- 3/4 ib. pork round, within the reduction of into 3/4-poke cubes
- 1 to 2 tsp. oil
- 4 cups water
- 2 pork bouillon cubes
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 little clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 monumental white potato, peeled if desired, within the reduction of into 1/2-poke cubes
- 1 monumental sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
- Salt and black pepper
- Minced parsley
Instructions:
- In monumental saucepan or Dutch oven, brown pork within the contemporary oil.
- Add 2 cups of the water, the bouillon cubes, 1 cup of the cabbage, onion, green pepper, garlic and mustard. Bring to boil. Quilt and simmer 45 min.
- Add final water and the potatoes. Bring to boil another time. Simmer 10 min. or except potatoes are refined.
- Add final cabbage and corn. Simmer 5 min. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with parsley ahead of serving.
