    lb beef, thinly sliced (query your butcher to reduce the meat “bacon skinny”, or whenever you happen to need to, reduce it 1/8-hasten thick)

    cups steamed rice (elective)


  • 3

    tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2

    tablespoons sugar

  • 1

    tablespoon honey

  • 2

    tablespoons garlic, chopped

  • 2

    tablespoons wine or 2 tablespoons beef broth

  • 1

    tablespoon sesame oil

  • 3

    tablespoons green onions, chopped

  • 1

    tablespoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon dim pepper


  • Mix the 9 seasonings. Place apart the sliced beef and mix collectively thoroughly; marinate 1 to 2 hours.
  • Grill or broil except beef is cooked to your liking (will cook FAST – is terribly skinny).
