(15 ounce) can navy beans

directions
- In a medium pot, cook onion, garlic, ginger, and spice in a runt amount of oil till the onion starts to brown.
- Add ground beef and cook till brown stirring repeatedly so there are no tall chunks.
- Add celery,carrot,parsley and water. Lift to a boil.
- Disintegrate the meat cubes into the boiling pot and trot successfully.
- Rinse the navy beans successfully and add to pot.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
