Create the Bass
In a bowl, combine the scallions, ginger, garlic, and crimson pepper. In a saucepan, warmth the oil till shimmering. Pour the fresh oil over the scallion combination and stride in the lemon juice, soy sauce, and salt.

Create the Asparagus
