    oz frozen tiny entire onions, thawed and drained

    (10 ounce) can condensed pork broth, undiluted

    teaspoon salt

    oz new mushrooms

    cups cooked medium egg noodles

instructions

  • Neat elephantine from steak and cut into 1 1/2 high-tail cubes.
  • Warmth a shiny skillet on medium high warmth.
  • Add steak and saute until browned (about 5 minutes).
  • Location in crockpot.
  • Put sliced onion and garlic in similar unwashed skillet, and coat with cooking spray.
  • Saute 5 minutes, or until subtle.
  • Sprinkle flour on them and cook one other minute, stirring infrequently.
  • Add broth, wine, and tomato paste, stirring consistently.
  • Cook about 1 minute, or until thick.
  • Add entire onions, thyme, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
  • Pour into crockpot over pork.
  • Conceal and cook on high 1 hour.
  • Decrease to low and cook an additional4 1/2 hours.
  • Discard bay leaf and inspire over egg noodles.
  • Serving dimension is a cup pork combination and 1/2 cup noodles.
