- 2 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- 1½ cups bitter cherries (current or frozen)
- 1 portion lemon zest about 1″ prolonged
- ½ tbsp sunless currant liqueur
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1½ cups whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp sunless currant liqueur
- ½ cup cherry jam
