    Fresh Italian Parsley
Instructions
  1. Sauté chopped onions & minced garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add chopped carrots; let the carrot cook for couple of minutes. Add crimson lentils & bulgur wheat & sauté some extra. Add the chicken stock. Add tomato paste & scurry properly. Add sumac, paprika, salt & pepper. Let the soup simmer on low warmth for 30-40 minutes till lentils & the bulgur wheat are gentle. Attend scorching with freshly squeezed lemon juice & chopped unique parsley!
