  1. Combine the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a big bowl.

  2. With a mixer, beat the egg whites till fluffy. Region in a bowl.

  3. With the mixer beat the egg yolks and white sugar till mild in coloration and creamy.

  4. Add the milk and oil. Combine thoroughly.

  5. Region the baking powder in a bowl , and mix within the 1/2 cup orange juice. Add to combination and beat for 2 minutes on low.

  6. Add the brandy and zest.

  7. Add the dry substances and beat on low till the total substances are incorporated. Make now no longer over-mix.

  8. Exhaust away the bowl from the mixer.

  9. Fold within the egg whites.

  10. Fold within the nuts.

  11. Grease an 8×11 dimension baking pan.

  12. Add the batter. Bake within the oven at 350 levels for 45-50 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
