Mix bitter cream and pay attention in a bowl; refrigerate. Rub pita with garlic clove; coat with cooking spray and toast; lower into 6 wedges. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium warmth. Put collectively dinner carrot, onion, cinnamon and salt unless onion softens, 3 to 4 minutes. Add broth and sweet potato. Bring to a boil. Simmer on low, stirring now and all over again, unless combination thickens, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a blender and puree unless soft. Top with bitter cream combination and support with pita.
