Instructions
- Bring a wide pot of salted water to boil. Add your pasta and cook dinner in step with the instructions on the package deal. Drain and enviornment apart.
- In a wide skillet over medium warmth, cook dinner your bacon till it begins to brown. Add the chopped leeks, onions, spinach, and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, for a diminutive while, till the spinach wilts and greens soften.
- Add the white wine to the pan and cook dinner for a diminutive while, till the wine reduces by about half.
- Add the cream and simmer the sauce for roughly 10 minutes.
- Toss the pasta with the sauce and support topped with the grated Parmesan.
