- 1 8 ounces3/4″ thick sirloin or prime round steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. diminished sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. canola or other vegetable oil
- 1 win (14 oz) frozen scamper fry or asian vegetable mix
- 1 pouch (10 oz) frozen brown rice
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped unique ginger
- 2 tsp. finely minced garlic
- 1/2 C diagonally sliced scallions
- 1/4 C coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts
Instructions

- Step 1Toss steak with 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce.
- Step 2Heat wok or tremendous skillet over excessive warmth. Add oil. Place steak in single layer and cook without stirring to brown, about 1 minute. Cook one other minute, stirring as soon as or twice, till all pink is gone. With slotted spoon or tongs, transfer meat to dish and space aside.
- Step 3Add greens to skillet’s juices and scamper fry over medium warmth till greens are gentle, about 5 minutes.
- Step 4Cook rice per kit instructions.
- Step 5 Add ginger and garlic to skillet and scamper fry 30 seconds. Add steak, cooked rice, scallions, peanuts, and remaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Shuffle fry till heated by
