1 Cocktail
Author Notes
This drink is good and frothy, but now not overly sweet. Even supposing this cocktail is chilly, the brightness used to be the appropriate compliment to a warm appetizer direction. Sgroppino is historically made with lemon sorbet, but I adore the premise of having fun with with diversified forms of citrus, so I switched it up and old blood orange. —Bethany Cornish Smith
