Rhubarb Breakfast Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- zest 1 medium lemon
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tremendous egg, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour + 1 TBSP
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
