can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained

cup purple meat broth

cup dry purple wine or extra purple meat broth

cup chili sauce

teaspoon hideous (kosher or sea) salt

medium onion, halved, thinly sliced

Warmth oven to 325°F. In 12-lunge skillet, warmth oil over medium-excessive warmth. Cook dinner ribs in oil 7 to 9 minutes, turning regularly, till brown on either side.

In ungreased 13×9-lunge (3-quart) glass baking dish, mix tomatoes, broth, wine, chili sauce, salt and pepper till effectively blended. Add ribs, onion and garlic; mosey gently to mix. (Baking dish will be stout.) Camouflage with foil.

Bake 2 hours 30 minutes or till ribs are delicate.

Rep ribs from baking dish; quilt to withhold warm. Hover chubby from sauce. Attend ribs with sauce.
