- 1 pinch thyme
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups red Burgundy wine
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 little bay leaf
- 12 little white onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 slices bacon , diced
