- 2 tbsp. apricot all-fruit spread
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. overwhelmed crimson-pepper flakes
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, lower into 1/2″ strips
- 4 tsp. canola oil
- 1/2 c. chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 trim crimson bell peppers, lower into thin strips
- 2 trim green bell peppers, lower into thin strips
- 1 trim onion, lower into wedges

- Step 1In a medium bowl, mix the all-fruit spread, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of the crimson-pepper flakes. Add the pork and toss to coat successfully. Quilt and marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 2Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in a trim nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the pork combination and cook, stirring progressively, for 3 minutes, or till the pork is a runt purple within the center. Yell in a bowl and attend heat. Wipe the skillet with a paper towel.
- Step 3In a cup, scuttle together the broth and cornstarch and performance apart.
