A instant and easy vegan pasta dish that contains a good deal of plant protein from white beans. —Nora
Ingredients

dry whole wheat pasta, preferably little shapes

olive oil

Instructions
- Bring a trim pot of salted water to boil and prepare dinner the pasta per kit instructions. Drain and set apart apart, saving ¼ cup of cooking water.
- In a trim sauté pan warmth the oil over medium-excessive warmth. Attach the broccoli and cauliflower into the pan and roast for roughly 5 minutes. Add the garlic and roast for one other 2 minutes sooner than adding the solar dried tomatoes and white beans.
