Elements:
- 2 lb Most smartly-appreciated Meat ( I even own passe Beef, Lamb and rooster)
- 3 tsps coriander seeds
- 2 tsps cumin seeds
- 2/3 cardamom pods
- 2 or 3 sizable onions chopped glorious
- 3 tbsps vegetable/ sunflower cooking oil
- 2 tsps garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 sizable tomatoes chopped glorious or a tin of chopped tomatoes
- One sizable tub Natural Yoghurt
- Three handfuls of Spinach – non-mandatory
- Mushrooms – Optional
- Salt to style
