Original raspberry and toddler green salad with crispy fried onions, candied walnuts and goat cheese balls. This easy healthy raspberry salad is gracious for a grilling facet correct via the summer season and you win to drink the left over raspberry lambic beer! —jodiloves

Components

  • 10 oz

    earn Trader Joe’s Organic Energy Greens

  • 1 1/2 cups

    fresh raspberries

  • 5 oz

    equipment of chèvre goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup

    French’s Caramelized Crispy Fried Onions, overwhelmed

  • 5 oz

    equipment of Trader Joe’s Candied Walnuts

  • 1

    medium crimson onion, sliced thin


  • 4 teaspoons

    Chia seed

  • 1/4 cup

    Raspberry Lambic Beer

  • 1/2 cup

    further virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon

    shallots, chopped gentle

  • 2 tablespoons

    Trader Joe’s Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons

    crimson wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to sort

Directions
  1. To build the dressing, mix lambic beer, 1/2 raspberries, olive oil, shallots, aioli, vinegar, salt and pepper in a blender and route of unless emulsified. Space aside.
  2. To build the goat cheese balls, divide the goat cheese into 16 parts and assemble into small balls. Add overwhelmed fried onions to a plate and rolls the goat cheese balls over the onions unless evenly covered. Space aside.
  3. To assemble the salad add greens, 1 cup of raspberries, goat cheese balls, walnuts and crimson onions to a gracious salad bowl. Top with dressing and chia seeds. Toss and relieve at once.
