Substances:
- 3½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- 19 sheets graham crackers
- 2 lbs sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 bananas, sliced skinny
Instructions:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the depart attachment, depart together the cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until it holds stiff peaks, about 8 minutes.
