- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 ea Egg
- 3 cups Carrots ; grated
- 1 1/2 ea Butter ; room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup Pecans ; chopped
- 1 1/2 ea Cream cheese ; room temperature
- 1 1/2 box Confectioners Sugar
