Invited eight for brunch? This beefy egg bake will satisfy, and with lawful 20 minutes of preparation, you are going to be all jam.

lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef (from deli), lower into chew-sized strips (1 1/2 cups)

Spray 13×9-crawl (3-quart) glass baking dish or 3-quart oval casserole with cooking spray. Unfold 1/3 of the bread cubes in baking dish. High evenly with 1/3 of the bell pepper and onion lope-fry and 1/3 of the beef. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers twice, ending with cheese.

In mountainous bowl, beat eggs. Dawdle in all final substances; pour evenly over cheese. Quilt tightly with foil; refrigerate as a minimal 8 hours or overnight.

When ready to bake, warmth oven to 350°F. Present baking dish; bake 40 to 50 minutes or till puffed, high is golden brown and heart is jam. Let stand 10 minutes sooner than serving.
