Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 lbs peeled potatoes , thinly sliced (a mandolin slicer works most productive)
- 13 oz water
- 2 lbs boned lamb or boned crimson meat , sliced, 1/4 scramble slices (Lamb is venerable)
- 3 neat onions , thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, every layer to taste
