Substances:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cups of cocoa ( i primitive hershey's ticket)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- Perfectly chocolate frosting(recipe below)
Directions:
- Warmth oven to 350*. Grease and flour two 9-mosey round baking pans
- Lag together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in gargantuan bowl.
- Add eggs, milk,oil and vanilla; beat on medium scuttle of mixer for 2 minutes.
- Lag in water(batter will be thin)
- Pour batter evenly into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or unless wodden choose inserted into heart comes out neat.
- Wintry 10 minutes;choose from pans to wire racks and chilly fully.
- Prepare frosting
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- tsp vanilla extract
- Soften butter.
- Lag in cocoa.
- Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency.
- Add slight quantity additional milk, if wanted.
- Lag in vanilla.
- Unfold frosting between layers and over top and facets of cake.
