Greek-Style Pork and Cheese Ravioli

    lbs lean ground beef

  • 2

    (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic, undrained

    cups lightly packed recent Toddler Spinach, plus extra leaves for garnish

  • 1

    cup pitted ripe olives

  • 1234

    cup crumbled feta cheese


  • Cook dinner ravioli in accordance with kit directions; drain.
  • Meanwhile, brown beef in a deep 12-creep nonstick skillet over medium heat for 6 minutes, or unless beef loses its red coloration, breaking up into 3/4-creep crumbles.
  • Stir in tomatoes; converse to a boil. Decrease heat, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in ravioli; simmer 3 minutes. Stir in the two cups of spinach and olives; cook ample unless spinach is wilted.
  • Sprinkle with cheese forward of serving. Garnish with recent spinach leaves.
