  • 1 C gluten-free all-cause flour
  • 1 C almond flour
  • 1 C + 2 tbsp total rolled oats
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/4 C ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 lg eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/3 C every raisins, raw pepitas, chopped dried apricots, and chopped raw almonds

Instructions

    1. Step 1Heat oven to 350F. Lightly coat 8″ x 8″ baking dish with cooking spray.
    2. Step 2In extensive bowl, traipse flours, 1 cup of the oats, sugar, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In medium bowl, hump eggs, milk, oil, and almond extract till mixed. Gently pour into flour combination. Fold in raisins, pepitas, apricots, and almonds. Pour in pan, sprinkle with closing 2 Tbsp oats, and bake till wooden resolve inserted in heart comes out neat, about half-hour. Steal a long way from oven; icy. All breads could presumably also be served without delay or wrapped and saved as much as 1 week.
