Ingredients:

  • For the Cake:
  • 3/4 cup of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1-1/2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 3 huge eggs at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons of pure almond extract
  • zest of one huge orange
  • 3 Cups of all reason flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cups of sour cream
  • 1-16 ounce can of whole cranberries
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup of Dickinson's Raspberry preserves
  • 2 teaspoons of Chambord
  • For the Icing:
  • 1 cup of confectioner's sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of water
  • 4 teaspoons of Chambord
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Orange Flavored Cranberries
