Substances:

  • * 1/2 cup beef broth
  • * 1 medium onion, diced
  • * 1 pepper, sliced (red, yellow, or green)
  • * 4 garlic clove, minced
  • * 4 little zucchini,
  • * 1 pound lean beef
  • * 1 teaspoon floor cumin
  • * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • * 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • * 1 teaspoon floor turmeric
  • * 1 (14 1/2 -ounce) can low sodium diced tomato
  • * 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • * handful fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

  1. Warmth the broth in a huge skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, green pepper, garlic and zucchini and saute unless relaxed.
  3. Transfer the vegetables to a plate and insist aside.
  4. Within the the same skillet, add the beef, cumin, cayenne, and turmeric unless the beef is cooked by.
  5. Add the cooked vegetables, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste to the skillet.
