Substances:
- * 1/2 cup beef broth
- * 1 medium onion, diced
- * 1 pepper, sliced (red, yellow, or green)
- * 4 garlic clove, minced
- * 4 little zucchini,
- * 1 pound lean beef
- * 1 teaspoon floor cumin
- * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- * 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- * 1 teaspoon floor turmeric
- * 1 (14 1/2 -ounce) can low sodium diced tomato
- * 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- * handful fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:
- Warmth the broth in a huge skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, green pepper, garlic and zucchini and saute unless relaxed.
- Transfer the vegetables to a plate and insist aside.
- Within the the same skillet, add the beef, cumin, cayenne, and turmeric unless the beef is cooked by.
- Add the cooked vegetables, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste to the skillet.
- Warmth by and add cilantro previous to serving.
