Substances:
- 500g beef, crop back intto small objects
- 3 cups of beef inventory
- 4 tbsp thick coconut milk
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cardamon
- 2 celebrity anise
- 2 stalk lemon grass, shatter
- 4 cm cinnamon stick
- 250g tomato puree
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- 6 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cm galangale
- 2 cm ginger
- Salt and sugar to fashion
Instructions:
- Ground shallots, garlic, galangale and ginger.
- Warmth pan with oil.
- Add ground blueprint, cinnamon, cardamom, celebrity anise and lemon grass.
- Fry except fragrant.
- Add chili paste and curry powder, and mix smartly.

- Relief with rice or bread.
