- 1 1/2 cup (300g)couscous

Elevate the water to a boil in saucepan, add couscous, quilt, stand 5 minutes or till water is entirely absorbed.

Combine beef with ginger, garlic, cardamom, cumin and paste in bowl. Warmth oil in immense saucepan, cook dinner beef combination, in batches, till tender. Take from pan.
