- * 3 1/2 cup boiling water
- * 1/4 cup cornstarch
- * 2 teaspoon orange zest
- * 3 tablespoon grated contemporary ginger

- * 8 broccoli floret, calmly steamed or blanched
- * 2 cup oil for frying
