  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ cup buttermilk*
  • 1 catch (12 oz.) DOLE® Frozen Wildly Nutritious Combined Berries


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9-coast round cake pan with nonstick spray.
