Ingredients:
- * 1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- * 2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- * 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- * 1/4 teaspoon salt (optionally accessible)
- * 1 cup buttermilk
- * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- * 2 egg
- * 1 cup finely shredded carrot
- * 3/4 cup raisin
- cream cheese drizzle:
- * 2 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- * 1-3 tablespoon milk (alter amount to desired consistency)

Instructions:
- WAFFLES: In a tidy bowl, tear flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon baking soda and salt.
