Ingredients:

  • * 1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • * 2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • * 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • * 1/4 teaspoon salt (optionally accessible)
  • * 1 cup buttermilk
  • * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • * 2 egg
  • * 1 cup finely shredded carrot
  • * 3/4 cup raisin
