Substances:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (no longer mandatory)
- 1 cup pecans (no longer mandatory)
- 1/2 cup sugar (or evaporated cane juice)
- 1 1/2 cups complete wheat flour (or any complete grain flour, I exercise a spelt, kamut, and complete wheat combine)
- 2 eggs , flippantly beaten
- 2 cups carrots , chopped (or toddler carrots)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2-3/4 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup raisins (no longer mandatory)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup oil (I exercise melted coconut oil, but any vegetable basically based mostly mostly oil works)
