Beef and Guinness Stew
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
- 1 kg shoulder of pork, gash into one plod chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 2 celery sticks, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 150 ml pork inventory
- 500 ml of Guinness
- Sea Salt and ground murky pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 30 g of easy flour
