Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
  • 1 kg shoulder of pork, gash into one plod chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 2 celery sticks, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 150 ml pork inventory
  • 500 ml of Guinness
  • Sea Salt and ground murky pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 30 g of easy flour
