Beef and Guinness Stew (Jamie Oliver)
Ingredients:
- * 800 gram red meat brisket, gash into 1 to thick dice
- * 2 big onion, peeled and sliced
- * 2 carrot, peeled and chopped into big chunk
- * 3 bay leaf
- * 1 can chopped tomato (434g 15oz)
- * 500 ml guinness, change with red meat stock if desired (2 cup)
- * scant teaspoon table salt
- * freshly floor sad pepper
- * 1 to 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- * 250 gram mushroom, halved or quartered
- roux
- * 2 tablespoon all cause flour
- * 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
