- Cooking Oil
- 1.5 lbs Red Potatoes quartered
- 1 little White Onion
- 1-1.5 lbs Carrots peeled (decrease up if they are gigantic)
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
