Asian Salmon Sliders with Citrus Yogurt Sauce

- 1/2 c. undeniable low-stout yogurt
- juice of half of a lime
- Juice of half of an orange
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 lb. lskinless, boneless salmon
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 piece ginger (1 roam), chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 6 little 100% complete-grain pitas
Instructions

- Step 1Combine yogurt, lime juice, orange juice, and honey; situation apart.
- Step 2Preheat grill to medium. Wash salmon and pat dry. Carve half of the fish and space in food processor alongside with sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Direction of into a pasty puree.
- Step 3Carve final salmon and add to puree alongside with bread crumbs and cilantro. Pulse till blended. Invent into 12 little patties and brush with oil.
- Step 4Grill 4 minutes per facet. Stuff pitas with burgers and yogurt sauce.
