Formula:
- 1 ½ cups entire spelt flour
- ½ cup oat flour
- 3 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. cloves
- 4 ripe, peeled plantains
- ¾ cup dates, pitted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine dry factors completely.
- Spoil plantains into pieces; add to blender alongside with the dates and about ¼ cup water.
- Speed the blender at excessive tempo till the contents are gentle.
- Pour the date combination into the flour and mix smartly, adding water if required. Straight pour batter right into a greased 9 x 13” pan or 2 flippantly oiled 9” baking pans.
- Bake 25 minutes. Frosty completely in tins.
