Substances:

  • 1 potato russet, colossal, peeled and cubed into 1″ pieces
  • 1/2 lb. fish cooked, peep Yucatan Baked Grouper recipe
  • 3 tbsp. red onion minced
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. chili powder Mexican
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin floor
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro washed and chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper not obligatory
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Carry salted water to a boil and cook the potato pieces for 5 to six minutes, till half cooked. Drain and frigid.
  2. Rupture cooked fish into bite-sized pieces, laying aside any bones and pores and skin.
