- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 overwhelmed garlic cloves
- 2cm part freshly grated ginger
- 1 crimson chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 450g minced pork
- 350g jar murky bean sauce
- 115g rice noodle
- 6 spring onions, shredded

STEP 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a big pan then add the garlic cloves, grated ginger and chopped big crimson chilli. Cook for 1-2 minutes till softened. Add the minced pork and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes till browned. Scuttle in a jar of murky bean sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles constant with pack directions. Drain and toss with the pork and shredded spring onions.
