Formula:
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Mini Semi-Candy Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup all cause flour
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 tsp. butter, very delicate but now not melted
- 2 tsp. flavorless vegetable oil (equivalent to canola or sunflower)
- 2 dapper eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cold water
