Creator Notes
This is my mother-in-legislation’s recipe for Apple Cake, and or now not it’s improbable. She got it from her native upstate New York newspaper within the ’60s. It has a substantial, short ingredient record and is amazingly easy to manufacture. The cake has one layer of apples within the center, alongside with an apple topping. It is moist and appetizing, and my husband and I cherish it! —Lynn Andriani
