Warmth a mountainous griddle or skillet over medium warmth. Cook dinner 2 of the quesadillas till crispy on the out of doorways and the cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes per aspect. Repeat with the closing 2 quesadillas. Let the quesadillas frosty for 1 minute before chopping into wedges to support. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
