Ingredients

  • 1 cup

    vegetable oil

  • 1 1/3 cups

    confectioner’s sugar

  • 2 cups

    almond flour or almond meal

  • 2 cups

    total wheat pastry flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon

    salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon

    ground cinnamon and a tiny further for sprinling
Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 325F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine oil and sugar in a mammoth bowl. Combine well till the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add almond flour, combine well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to grease and almond flour. Combine well with a wooden spoon and then with your fingers, to be pleased a dough.
